Hello!

During our vacation, I was wondering where to go with my child when I decided to take my eldest, who has been showing interest in cats and dogs lately, to a cat cafe in Dongseongro, Daegu.

The place was clean and well-maintained with a pleasant indoor environment.

It's called Yangirang Coffee, a cat cafe in Dongseongro, Daegu :D

Yangirang Coffee

Address: 4th Floor, 39, Dongseong-ro 3-gil, Jung-gu, Daegu

Hours: Daily 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Closed on Mondays

No parking available

Finding the place:

Yangirang Coffee, the cat cafe in Dongseongro, Daegu, is located about 300 meters from Exit 10 of Banwoldang Station.

It's on the 4th floor of the building across from Yeoubyeol Art Hall.

Since there's no dedicated parking, you can use nearby paid parking lots or take public transport as it's close to the subway station :)

Walking up the stairs, you'll find the counter to your left and the entrance to your right.

Change into indoor slippers, pay, and wash your hands thoroughly at the sink on the left before entering :)

Menu and Prices

A cute kitty is sleeping zZz

The entrance fee to Yangirang Coffee in Dongseongro, Daegu is ₩10,000 for both adults and children.

All ages are welcome, but children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent :)

Weekdays are unlimited, while weekends are limited to a basic 2-hour session.

They have a wide variety of drinks available!

Coffee, tea, lattes, and ades.

They even have smoothies and Pororo juice for the kids haha.

We ordered iced Americanos for ourselves and chocolate lattes for the kids.

They also sell cat treats.

Please note that they limit it to one treat per two people to prevent overfeeding :)

Take some treats for the kitties!

Finally, we entered with treats for the kitties!

Please read the precautions carefully before entering!

Since they are sensitive animals, avoid loud noises or running around.

If you're visiting with children, make sure they understand the precautions.

Cafe Interior

Yangirang Coffee is a great date spot in Dongseongro, Daegu.

The cafe interior is quite spacious.

They are managing the cafe very carefully, so the cats can roam around freely.

I was worried about the smell, but it was clean and odor-free, making it a pleasant environment haha.

You can store your belongings in the lockers to prevent the cats from marking them :)

There are various play areas for the cats,

and toys should be returned to their original place after use.

Cute cats are freely roaming around haha.

Since we went on a weekday afternoon, many of them were sleeping since it was quiet haha.

They brought our drinks directly to our table~

This one occupied our table haha.

It stayed with us until we left~ lol

There were also many adorable baby kittens.

Do not give them toys or treats through the gaps in the enclosure!

Since they are still young, we should only admire them from afar haha.

And then, it was snack time!

The cats sat quietly the moment the treats came out.

They're so well-behaved ㅠㅠ So cute.

The treats should be given using a spoon!

They are enjoying the treats.

My child wanted to keep giving them treats,

but we decided to come back another time since they shouldn't overeat ㅠ

Located in Dongseongro, Daegu,

I recommend this cat cafe not only as a date spot in Daegu

but also as a great place to visit with children.
