A Delightful Family Outing to a French Restaurant Near Anguk Station

No-yun is a charming French restaurant near Anguk Station that made for a memorable family lunch. From the mint-colored exterior to the cozy dining room, the atmosphere feels perfect for a relaxed outing.
The meal started strong with warm bread and mushroom soup, followed by a refreshing avocado millefeuille salad, a tender coq au vin, and an anchovy-forward squid oil pasta that divides opinions depending on your taste.
Since there is no dedicated parking and the Anguk area gets busy on weekends, reservations and public transport are highly recommended. Overall, it’s a great pick for dates, friend meetups, or a small family gathering.

No-yun is located in the Anguk Station area, and it’s a bit further in once you start walking from the station. There is no designated parking, so we used paid parking at a nearby building.
On weekends, this neighborhood gets especially busy, so I recommend using public transportation and booking ahead. Reservations are available via Naver and Catch Table.

The first thing that caught my eye was the mint-colored exterior, which feels cute and welcoming. They also have outdoor tables, so it would be especially nice on a warm, sunny day.
Inside, it’s a compact space with around 6 to 7 four-person tables. With a reservation, they can also arrange seating for group dining.
Table Setting Details That Felt Thoughtful
We had a reserved table, and the marble-like tabletop paired nicely with the gray table mats. Small design details like this made the place feel tidy and photo-friendly.
What We Ordered: French Dishes with an Easygoing Flow
The menu focuses on French cuisine, and we ordered a mix that felt balanced for a family lunch. Our picks were avocado millefeuille salad, coq au vin, anchovy squid oil pasta, and crème brûlée for dessert.
Starter Bread and Mushroom Soup
Warm bread came out first and instantly set a good tone for the meal. The mushroom soup paired nicely with the bread, making the starter feel comforting and complete.

We finished with crème brûlée, but it arrived before we fully finished the main course. Because of that, it cooled down a bit, which made it slightly less enjoyable than expected.
Even with that small disappointment, the overall meal was excellent, and it felt like a successful family outing in the Anguk Station area.
Who No-yun Is Best For
No-yun is a great choice for dates or meeting friends, and it also works nicely for a small family lunch. I would especially recommend the avocado millefeuille salad and the coq au vin, and I’d love to return to try more dishes next time.
