I wanted to enjoy a truly delicious tomahawk steak, so I searched for quite a while and found the perfect place near Seoul Station.
It was NOB's Seoul Station branch.
Since it was close to home, I made a reservation and visited right away, filled with anticipation.
Entering the Grand Central Building at Seoul Station, I took the escalator twice and was greeted by the striking red walls of NOB's.
Though the floor numbers might be confusing, the distinct exterior made it easy to find.
There was a menu outside, but since I was determined to have the tomahawk, I hurried inside.
The interior was more spacious and upscale than I expected. After making a reservation, I was guided to a table inside, and I was told that a nice window-side view would be ready shortly if I waited a bit.
While waiting, I admired the stunning wine display at the counter and felt the glimmer and sophistication of the interior.
The atmosphere seemed perfect for a date or a blind date.
Ordering was convenient via a tablet at the table, and with so many choices, it took me a while to decide.
The bread served first was incredibly delicious, far surpassing what I had at Outback.

Next came the salad; I chose the oriental dressing, and the bacon chips throughout added a delightful crunch that whetted my appetite.
The set also included an aid, and I ordered both a citrus and a Hawaiian aid.
The citrus was refreshing and sweet, perfect for cleansing the palate, while the Hawaiian was visually appealing for photos.
I also ordered mac and cheese, which was rich and complemented the meat well.
Finally, the tomahawk steak arrived, already trimmed for easy enjoyment.
Recommended to be cooked medium, it was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, allowing for a tender experience.
Mashed potatoes and grilled assorted vegetables accompanied it, with the garlic and broccoli being perfectly roasted to provide a delightful flavor.
I wrapped up with the rosé rigatoni pasta, which was slightly spicy yet creamy, making it easy to enjoy even when full.
The shrimp was plump, and the smooth taste reminiscent of arrabbiata left me satisfied until the end.
I wished I could have tried dessert, but I was too full, so I decided to save it for next time.
On my walk home, I enjoyed the pleasant stroll, feeling content.
