Weekend Evening at Lotte Department Store: Christmas Popup Experience

On a weekend evening, I visited the Christmas popup at Lotte Department Store.
It was incredibly crowded!
However, the variety of offerings made the two hours fly by.
Part 1: Food!!!
Location: Lotte Department Store, Busan Main Branch, B1 Signature Popup Zone
Duration: December 5th to 25th
Healthy Snack Corner
Attention dieters!
CRUNTIN
Protein shake with 25% crunchy balls!
The red and yellow booth is eye-catching.
"PROTEIN BALL CRUNCHY"
When you see the sign, that's the place!
By adding as a friend on KakaoTalk, you can try a sample shake.
You can choose from four basic flavors.
You can also select two out of eight toppings to add!
It tasted so good, you wouldn't believe it was mixed with water.
However, it was a bit pricey, so I didn't buy it.
ARNUT
A premium nut brand!
Their signature item is candied pecans.
The Christmas packaging is beautiful, making it perfect for gifts!
They offer various options from paper bags to ribbon gift boxes.
You can sample them, and I found them so delicious that I bought the largest box! 14 pieces of 20g each!
They even added one more as a bonus!
Even those who dislike nuts found them tasty.
Dessert & Cafe Popup
The visuals are stunning!
Churro Churro
A churros specialty shop with the sign "CHURROS & COFFEE"! They also sell ice cream.
The strawberry ice cream looked really pretty!
They have a wide variety of churros!
CLGY
"This is the bread!" A popular cream puff shop featured on the official CROCS Instagram!
The green box is their signature.
They offer many flavors like cream puff, orange cheese, kaya, and more, priced around 4,000 to 4,300 won!
The display case is filled with beautiful breads.
I didn't feel tempted to buy any.
Lukt
A handmade yogurt specialty shop!
Desserts are beautifully displayed on wooden stands. This place is famous!
I often buy from here!
Michinyakgwa
The "Crazy Yakgwa" booth! Neatly displayed on a white counter.
They claim to be a premium yakgwa shop! Samples are available!
I tried the brownie flavor, but it wasn't to my taste.
Jeonpo Myeongga
Goibichin
Located on B2, it seemed to have the most people.
Dubuya's operating hours: 10:30 AM / 4:00 PM
For those looking for Dubuya glutinous rice cake!
Egg Bread Club
Nostalgic egg bread...
Pretty Fox Hot Dog
Feels like a 'hearty snack' compared to street hot dogs!
There are various types available.
Photo Zone!
At the main entrance, "SWEET HOLIDAYS" Christmas decorations are dazzling!
A large teddy bear photo zone with Santa hats on teddy bears sitting on benches!
With red circus tent lights and star decorations in the background, it truly bursts with Christmas spirit!
You might regret not taking photos here.
Weekend Evening Visit Tips
❗ It's very crowded!
Especially in front of the butter shop and food booths.
⏰ I recommend visiting on weekday evenings or right after opening.
If you want to try the CRUNTIN shake, allow plenty of waiting time!
The ARNUT nut set is highly recommended as a gift!
The large teddy bear photo zone is a must for a photo!
Kids will absolutely love the Winibini jelly!
Even though it was crowded on a weekend evening,
it was a fulfilling experience with Christmas vibes, healthy snacks, desserts, and character goods all in one place!
It was truly worthwhile!
