As the summer heat begins, many are looking for water parks in Ham-an, Gyeongnam, to enjoy with their children. Camp 197 in Ham-an offers everything from refreshing water play areas and air bounces to delicious barbecues and picnics, all in one location.

Camp 197 Location:

Address: 244-67, Ip-gok Park-gil, San-in-myeon, Ham-an-gun, Gyeongnam

Website: Rainbow Camp

Operating Hours: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Water play closes at 7:00 PM)

Parking: Dedicated parking space available at the camp entrance.

Located right next to Ip-gok Cultural Park, it’s a perfect spot for families to enjoy light picnics and camping activities in nature.

Reservations can be made through the website, and the camp operates in three designated zones:

  • Table Zone for light picnics
  • Tent Zone for camping and barbecues
  • Private Tent Zone for individual camping equipment

There is ample parking space in front of the campground, making it easy to visit without parking worries even on weekends. After checking in at the office, you’ll be assigned a designated area.

Fun Activities for Kids:

Upon entering, you’ll see a large water play area where kids are joyfully splashing around. With two spacious pools and a water slide, children can have endless fun! The water depth is safe for kids, reaching only up to an adult's thigh, and there are inflatable boats available for extra enjoyment.

Additionally, the shaded areas protect from the sun, ensuring a comfortable experience.

Inside, there are three large air bounces where kids can jump around freely. The grass flooring makes it safe for them to play without the risk of injury.

Along with the water play and air bounces, there are also large trampolines, toddler bikes, and kickboards available, ensuring a fun-filled day without boredom!

Relaxing Camping Zones:

The Table Zone allows adults to relax while kids play, accommodating 4 to 8 people per table, making it ideal for family visits. If you prefer a simpler picnic without barbecues, the Table Zone is sufficient.

The Tent Zone accommodates 4 to 8 people and offers more privacy, allowing you to enjoy both water play and camping. When using the tent, barbecue equipment such as grills and burners are provided, so you don’t have to bring your own gear.

Most importantly, the spacious and cozy tents offer a great place for adults to relax comfortably, catch a nap, or watch some OTT content while keeping an eye on the kids.

The campground features comfortable shower facilities with hot water, making it very convenient for visitors.

Snack Shop:

At the entrance, there is a shop that operates as an office and snack store. It sells convenient snacks, drinks, barbecue meat, and various meal kits, allowing visitors to pack light and find everything they need at the campground.

From snacks that kids love to drinks, ice cream, and even marshmallows for roasting, there’s something for everyone. Camp 197 truly offers a perfect playground for kids and a relaxing retreat for adults.
