This bamboo forest is located within Ulsan's representative ecological park, stretching 10 miles (4 km) along the Taehwa River, with a width of 20-30 meters and a total area of about 290,000 square meters.
As the spring breeze gently wraps around the Taehwa River, the light green leaves sparkle in the sunlight, and the flowers blooming along the roadside seem to celebrate new life.
As people walk and ride bicycles along the riverside, the scent of spring fills the air.

▶ Rose of Sharon Garden
The Taehwa River Rose of Sharon Garden was established in collaboration with the city of Ulsan and volunteer groups in 2017, recognized for its beautiful flowers and high participation from rose enthusiasts.

The entrance to the Peony Garden features a restroom and family picnic area, with shaded and tent installation zones available.
In 2018, various garden works and eco-friendly landscaping were showcased at the Taehwa River National Garden Expo.
▶ Peony Garden
Peonies are perennial plants known for their large and beautiful flowers, cultivated for ornamental purposes. The garden features white, mountain, red, and herbaceous peonies.
They grow 50-80 cm tall, with leaves that are either single or double compound, and small leaves that are lanceolate or oval. The flowers bloom one at a time from May to June, and the fruits mature in August.
