Today, I would like to introduce the Haman Folk Museum, which may not be a glamorous tourist spot, but offers a close look at the daily lives of the people of old Haman.
Located within the cozy Haman Elementary School, the museum's unique position allows children to naturally encounter the region's history and traditional culture in their everyday lives.
The museum is managed directly by Haman Elementary School. To visit, you will need to contact the school to open the museum for you. It's best to call ahead or inquire at the entrance management office of the school upon arrival for guidance.
Inside the Haman Folk Museum, you can find various folk materials used by people in the past. Exhibits include daily tools, farming implements, and items related to traditional kitchens, showcasing objects that are hard to find in today's daily life.
For the elderly, some items may evoke fond memories, while for children, it provides an opportunity to see the old tools they have only encountered in books or photographs. There are many items that may bring back forgotten memories.

In the 'Echo of Bibongsan,' the history hall of Haman Elementary School, you can view the school's history at a glance. This year marks its 115th anniversary. The hall displays notable figures, awards, and trophies that have illuminated the school.
If you visit the Haman Folk Museum, you might even stumble upon the faces of old friends in the graduation photo albums dating back to the first graduating class.
