Exploring the Fun at Ham-an Public Sports Complex

The Ham-an Public Sports Complex is a fantastic place where both children and adults can joyfully play together.
Every time I visit, I can't help but admire how well it has been designed.
It's not just a place for exercise; it feels like a multi-purpose playground where everyone, from kids to adults, can enjoy their time.
Upon arriving at the complex, the first thing you notice is its vastness.
The open space feels refreshing and liberating.
When the wind gently blows in front of the field, it adds to the delightful atmosphere.
You can practice running on the wide track, and in the mornings, you can spot seniors taking a leisurely walk.
When you bring kids along, just having a track is enough to see them joyfully running around.
The sight of them eagerly wanting to run is absolutely adorable.
The Ham-an Public Sports Complex is truly a great environment for children to play freely.
Next to the sports field, there is a basketball court, which is popular among kids these days.
Seeing students gather to practice their shots brings a smile to my face and lifts my spirits.
On the other side, there are structures for skateboarding, which are much more fun than just riding on flat surfaces.
There is also a playground for young children, making it especially attractive for families visiting together.
Kids can play freely at the playground while parents relax on nearby benches, enjoying simple happiness.
If you walk a little after leaving the sports complex, you can easily reach Hamju Park, perfect for a light stroll after exercising.
Hamju Park is equipped with walking paths, rest areas, and playgrounds for children, making it an ideal weekend outing spot.
Especially in spring and autumn, the trees and flowers bloom beautifully, making it a perfect place for taking photos while strolling.
Right in front of the Ham-an Public Sports Complex, there are public electric bicycles available.
After playing at the sports complex, riding a bike adds to a fulfilling day with kids.
Since they are electric bikes, they require less effort, and riding around the park feels incredibly refreshing.
It's also great for adults!
Adjacent to the sports complex, there's a bowling alley.
If you enjoy bowling, you know how quickly time flies when you're having fun!
It's a great place to gather with friends or family and enjoy striking down the pins.
There’s also a tennis court nearby.
At the Ham-an Public Sports Complex, you can walk, run, play basketball, bowl, play tennis, and more.
It truly offers everything you could want, making it a comprehensive recreational facility.
Due to its large scale, it can even host weekend sports events.
Various organizations, school events, and community gatherings frequently use this space.
There are even uniquely named artificial fields like the persimmon field, watermelon field, and sweet persimmon field.
These artificial fields require separate reservation requests!
Reservations must be made three days in advance; weekday use for three hours costs 150,000 won, while weekend use costs 200,000 won.
Seeing students in their uniforms exercising brings a smile to my face.
The reason I particularly love and recommend the Ham-an Public Sports Complex is that even those who don't enjoy sports can find something to do!
Parents can have light workouts on the basketball court or track while kids play at the playground, and if they get bored, they can ride bikes around Hamju Park or enjoy bowling if they want more fun!
It's truly a place where everyone, from kids to adults, can enjoy themselves.
I highly recommend this space not only for residents of Ham-an but also for those looking for a light outing from nearby areas.
