Exploring Hamwolru: A Scenic Gem in Ulsan
Ulsan is home to many attractions where you can enjoy stunning views of the sea, but it also boasts places that offer a panoramic view of the city.
Recently, I visited Hamwolru during the day.
While it is well-known as a nighttime attraction, visiting during the day allowed me to leisurely appreciate the expansive cityscape of Ulsan.

When you ascend Hamwolru, the main reason many Ulsan citizens visit is the view!
From the pavilion, you can see the entire city of Ulsan laid out before you.
The scenery of Seong-an-dong and the broader Ulsan landscape is refreshing, providing a sense of openness.
Standing in a traditional pavilion while gazing at the urban scenery evokes a feeling of coexistence between the past and present.
On the day I visited, the weather was clear, enhancing the visibility.
Just standing there and taking in the view made me feel more relaxed.

There is also a traditional tea house where you can take a break, making it a great place to escape the hectic daily routine.
