The Daegu Education Museum features a total of 8 permanent exhibition halls:
Daegu History Hall: Introduces the changes and development of education from the traditional era to the enlightenment period and the Japanese colonial era.
Daegu Education Hall: Introduces the history and figures of Daegu education, its direction and vision, and the Daegu Metropolitan Office of Education and its affiliated organizations.
Early Childhood Education Room: Introduces the history of early childhood education in Daegu, its characteristics by era, and kindergartens in Daegu.
Special Education Room: Introduces the history of special education in Daegu, special schools, key figures who led special education, and assistive technology devices.
Geumgye Donation Relics Room: Exhibits and introduces donated artifacts from Geumgye Byeon Woo-yong.
Themed Exhibition Room:
Rice Exhibition Hall: Displays the value of Korea's rice industry and rice culture with the theme of 'Agriculture and Rice'.
Currency Exhibition Hall: Systematically organizes and displays historical materials, including currencies and securities from Korea and various countries around the world.
Donated Artifacts Room: A space for exhibiting materials collected through the participation of citizens, schools, and institutions.
6.25 War Education Room: A space that shows the 'power of education' that created today's Korea through the discovery and reproduction of the 'Daegu history as a refuge'.
Spending time experiencing the past history of Daegu and Daegu education with our children growing up in Daegu will be a meaningful experience. 👍
