A Hidden Gem for a Relaxing Seaside Walk in Ulsan

Many people are looking for a quiet place to stroll by the sea in Ulsan.
I discovered a serene seaside walking course while searching for a peaceful spot to relax away from crowded tourist areas on the weekend.
This place is the Dangsahang Marine Fishing Park.
It was even better because it's a hidden gem that locals are not yet familiar with.
Today, I would like to introduce the Ulsan seaside healing walking course that I personally visited.
Dangsahang Marine Fishing Park, located in the northern district of Ulsan, features a long fishing deck and walking path that extends over the sea.
The best part is the feeling of walking right above the water.

As soon as you enter, the beautiful sea view unfolds before you.
Taking a leisurely walk, you'll find that the deck path is quite long, making it perfect for a stroll.
Especially with the sound of the waves and the sea breeze, the stress of daily life seems to melt away.
There are plenty of benches along the way, making it easy to take a break and relax.
In the glass floor sections, you can enjoy a unique view of the sea below, adding to the fun of your visit.
Walking slowly along the railing while taking in the scenery is a great way to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Ulsan's seaside.
This area is already well-known among fishing enthusiasts.
On the weekend I visited, I noticed many people enjoying a leisurely day of fishing while gazing at the sea.
With its open views and tranquil surroundings, this spot is an attractive destination for hobbyist anglers.
As you walk to the end of the deck, the view opens up, revealing the vast sea and the horizon.
Every time the wind blows, the waves crashing against the rocks create a refreshing sight.
The sound of the waves adds to the vibrant atmosphere of the sea, making it a place where just standing and gazing can refresh your spirit.
On my way back, I noticed a large rock protruding from the sea.
This rock, known as Yongbawi, has a legend that tells of a dragon ascending to the sky, causing the rock to split and freeing a blocked waterway.
Its unique appearance, harmonizing with the sea, naturally draws attention to this hidden gem in Ulsan.
At the observation deck on Yongbawi, there is a dragon-shaped sculpture that serves as a perfect photo spot.
It’s an excellent place to take pictures with the sea in the background.
I heard that efforts are underway to revitalize the Dangsahang Marine Fishing Park.
Once the renovations are complete, I expect it to become a popular seaside destination in Ulsan.
Personally, I really enjoyed my time here.
Walking in the sea breeze made my heart feel lighter, and watching the waves crash against the rocks was refreshing.
At one moment, I found myself humming a tune, enjoying the leisurely time.
If you are looking for a place to walk by the sea in Ulsan, I highly recommend visiting this spot.
