A Glimpse into My Everyday Life

Hello there!
It's been a while since my last update...
With holidays, job transfers, and challenging work schedules,
I neglected my blog for a bit.
I was disappointed in my laziness and have been reflecting on it.
Time to catch up on my unfinished tasks!
I have over 100 photos piled up, so get ready for a lot of scrolling!
On my way to work in Jung-gu, Seoul,
I have a routine of collecting free emojis every Monday.
Last week, I received a couple's emoji set,
which I used with my husband.
After the three-day free trial expired,
I seriously considered purchasing it but managed to resist.
Despite a busy Monday morning,
I finally enjoyed a delightful lunch.
I was excited to meet a friend after a long time,
but ended up feeling down when I couldn't see them.
During a lazy afternoon shift, I encountered a strong-looking cat,
which was quite refreshing.
However, I was really upset when a person I was supposed to trade carrots with ghosted me.
I trudged home and collapsed.
Since it was the holiday, I had some rice cake soup,
which charged me up for another year.
Wishing everyone a prosperous New Year!
I prepared for my night shift while enjoying some snacks my friend gave me.
I feel like I worked throughout the holiday,
so this year's Lunar New Year didn't feel festive at all.
But I felt proud seeing my carrot temperature rise on my way to work.
These days, I can't control my appetite and have been snacking a lot.
During night shifts, I can't resist munching.
I study in my spare time at work.
The reason for studying is simple; it helps pass the time.
It's a win-win situation as I gain knowledge.
(Of course, I only study things that help with work during work hours.)
I excitedly opened a book,
but got busy and couldn't read even ten pages.
Can you believe I'm already off work?
Despite working for over 12 hours,
the time flew by unexpectedly.
After work, I had some delicious chapagetti,
especially with the green onion kimchi my mom made.
I was so full that I actually felt faint.
I find myself eating again.
I guess I consume a lot of energy while sleeping.
When I wake up, I must eat.
I even enjoy snacks.
You might have seen potato balls and chicken skewers in my updates,
which means I'm enjoying my meals a lot.
I encountered a unique situation where I saw a dog with a leash but no owner.
I really want to meet a dog that barks out of joy.
I finally bought a long-desired outfit through a secondhand app.
I got two new clothes for just 15,000 won.
From now on, I think shopping will feel wasteful unless it's through this app.
I traded carrots skillfully while heading to work,
then rushed to work and got things done.
I visited Starbucks one day,
and I left a review for the items I tried.
The taste was okay, but the price was steep, so I wouldn't recommend it.
I came to Gwangmyeong for a special reason.
I watched a movie at the cinema for the first time in a while,
and I found it very enjoyable.
I used to love caramel popcorn since my part-time job at the cinema,
but they've been skimping on the sugar lately.
However, the caramel popcorn at Lotte Cinema in Gwangmyeong was delicious!
After the holiday, I visited my parents' house,
and my mother prepared a lovely meal.
I don't usually eat cucumbers or bell peppers,
but I found bell peppers in the japchae.
It turns out they received a box of bell peppers as a gift for the holiday.
I decided to forgive them this time.
I had a lovely dinner with my husband, enjoying lamb skewers.
It was a delightful evening, and we even got a discount by reviewing the receipt.
After searching for my cat, I went for chicken on the second round.
I spent a lot, but decided to treat myself.
After a day of rest, I felt well-fed and relaxed.
I met a cute cat on my way to work.
I hope you enjoyed this glimpse into my life!
