This summer, the heat started early, and it feels like the heatwave has arrived quickly ㅠㅠ.
We believe the best medicine to reinvigorate your body and mind, exhausted from the heat, is fighting heat with heat through exercise! 😉
That's why Sunny M has organized a 4-week summer vacation special class where you can beat the heat and build healthier physical strength! ^^
During the vacation, increase your physical strength!
Increase your confidence through rope skipping!
Increase your height!
A special 11 AM class has been opened where you can grow! ♡.♡
Before we even posted the August summer vacation special class recruitment notice, the morning special rope skipping class at Sunny M was able to close early thanks to the great interest in rope skipping! ^^
We will strive to help children grow brilliantly with passion! 🥰
Many families have come to Sunny M with the goal of building a solid foundation in rope skipping!
When we surveyed students about basic jumping, two-foot jumping, and alternating jumps, we found that more children than expected wanted to focus on double-unders during the special class. In addition to music rope skipping, etc.
With rope skipping performance evaluations becoming more common in schools these days, many parents were looking for academies to focus on performance-based rope skipping during the vacation.
By understanding the children's basic skills through surveys, we provide customized instruction so that rope skipping does not feel difficult but can be learned in a friendly way! 🤩
On the first Friday of the week, we prepared a refreshing watermelon punch to cool off from the heat for the upcoming Sambok (Dog Days), and we had a time to watch the popular movie "K-Pop Demon Hunters" while eating delicious punch.
