Hello, I'm Chobabi!

Today, I'm introducing a delicious Bulgogi set menu restaurant

located near Namchuncheon Station in Chuncheon!!!

It's 'Jungwon Honga Direct Branch'!

This place specializes in charcoal-grilled fresh meat,

and is famous for its pork ribs, Korean beef (Hanwoo), and pork~

Today, I visited this place specifically to try the Bulgogi set menu,

a special lunch option in Chuncheon!

'Jungwon Honga,' with its heartfelt side dishes

and the perfect balance of sweet and savory Bulgogi, was amazing.

Let's get right to the introduction.

The charcoal-grilled fresh meat restaurant 'Jungwon Honga'

is located near Namchuncheon Station in Chuncheon,

in the back alley of the Hyoshin Sauna building.

Parking is available in the dedicated parking lot next to the building

or on the surrounding streets.

Since it's near the station,

accessibility is excellent,

and there are many shops nearby, which is great.

Jungwon Honga's menu

Jungwon Honga mainly sells Korean beef (Hanwoo) and pork.

They also offer Bulgogi set menus,

Yeolmu (young radish) noodles, and Bibim (mixed) noodles for lunch specials.

Since I visited during lunchtime today,

I decided to try the Bulgogi set menu~

I also wanted to have a bowl of refreshing Yeolmu noodles,

so I ordered two servings of the Bulgogi set menu and one Yeolmu noodle dish!

Internal atmosphere

After ordering, I took a look around the restaurant,

Compared to other Korean BBQ places,

this place is run very neatly and cleanly~

There are many tables and the space is large,

making it a great place for company dinners in Chuncheon.

Especially to the left of the kitchen area,

there's a separate group seating area,

making it perfect for group gatherings or company dinners!!!

Neat side dishes

Shortly after, the side dishes were set on the table,

Making my mouth water just by looking at them~~!!

The basic side dishes included

bean sprouts, crunchy chili pepper salad, pickled vegetables,

stir-fried fish cakes, kimchi, and macaroni~

All the side dishes were made with care and neatly presented,

and they were all so delicious!

They tasted like side dishes made with a mother's touch.

Also, fresh lettuce and other leafy greens were provided along with

garlic and ssamjang (soybean dipping sauce).

Especially the variety of쌈(ssam)was great

I'm a Ssam lover, I am very happy.

Lastly, there was 열무(Yeolmu) soup!

This was the real deal...ㅋㅋㅋ

I had a lot to drink the night before,

so I still had a bit of a hangover.

But after drinking a refreshing bowl of 열무(Yeolmu) soup,

I felt completely refreshed ㅠㅠ

It was spicy and refreshing, so delicious!!!

Delicious lunch special Bulgogi set menu!

Now, the main event is here!!

It's the 'Bulgogi Set Menu'.

It was served in a very generous portion, making me wonder if it was really for two people.

The total amount was indeed for two servings~

They immediately turned on the portable gas stove,

and we started boiling it.

It's boiling and cooking very deliciously

When the sauce starts to boil,

mix the meat and vegetables in the middle

so that they cook evenly~

The meat may be clumped together,

so loosen it up and spread it out well in the sauce~

Bulgogi cooks faster than you think,

it is complete when the red color disappears and the vegetables are cooked to some extent!!!

It's cooked very deliciously, isn't it?

I tasted a piece of meat first,

and the sweet and salty Bulgogi sauce was truly amazing!!!

The meat was so tender...

The texture itself was so soft

that my child ate it very well~~!!!

Now, let's enjoy it with white rice

This is a complete rice thief!!!ㅠㅠㅠ

And, don't forget the lettuce wraps!!

Adding a little garlic and ssamjang

makes it even more delicious.

The lettuce was so fresh

that I kept wrapping and eating it repeatedly~

Sweet and sour Yeolmu noodles!

Next up is the 'Yeolmu Noodles'

which I ordered for a refreshing palate cleanser~~!!

Doesn't it look so refreshing just by looking at it?

I immediately picked up a mouthful and ate it

Chewing on the Yeolmu with a crunch

is completely amazing!

The soup is also sweet and sour, it's amazing.
