I've been frequently visiting shabu-shabu restaurants where I can enjoy meat with a variety of vegetables.

Isn't this quite a healthy choice? Hahaha!

When I have a meal appointment in Jamsil,

choosing a restaurant can be quite a dilemma.

There are many famous places known for their delicious food,

but it's not easy to find a quiet place with good food quality.

This time, I visited Seolon in Jamsil,

a premium shabu-shabu dining spot located on the 11th floor of Lotte Department Store.

It was a great fit for those looking for Lotte Department Store Shabu-Shabu, Jamsil Room Restaurant, or Jamsil Sukiyaki.

The interior of the restaurant is clean,

and the seating arrangement is spacious.

They also have private rooms for family gatherings or group meals!

Seolon, meaning 'Warmth Seeping in Winter Snow,'

is a premium shabu-shabu restaurant that combines the essence of Korean and Japanese cuisine.

Since opening its first store in Apgujeong Rodeo,

it has gained popularity as a celebrity hotspot.

In early February 2025, it opened at Lotte Department Store in Jamsil,

which is known for its concentration of dining options.

We received a seat assignment and checked the menu!

Today, we ordered shabu-shabu for two with beef.

They offer three types of basic sauces!

The star of the day, shabu-shabu has arrived!

One of the biggest advantages of Seolon is the quality of the ingredients!

The vegetables, meat, and noodles all looked incredibly fresh.

When you order a main dish,

you get a basic selection of vegetables, various mushrooms, and noodles,

so you can enjoy a hearty meal without additional orders!

I was particularly impressed by the variety of mushrooms,

including some that are hard to find normally.

I think my parents would really enjoy visiting here!

Finally, I’m adding my beloved meat!

The meat was sliced thinly and was very tender,

and as soon as I started shabu-shabu,

I could feel the freshness of the ingredients!

With a variety of sauces available,

each bite felt unique!

It would be a shame to only eat shabu-shabu,

so I added noodles for a finishing touch!

Seolon is not only famous for shabu-shabu,

but also for its Jamsil Sukiyaki menu.

You can choose from various meats,

from Iberico to Hanwoo,

and the special sauce combined with fresh vegetables

offers a deep flavor without being overwhelming.

Overall, the food is not overly strong in flavor,

keeping the essence of the ingredients intact.

It's a great place for both adults and kids to enjoy a meal together.

The broth is also clean,

making it a guilt-free dining experience!
