Discovering Local Delights at Jeju's Hyeopjae Beach

When visiting Jeju, I always make it a point to enjoy braised hairtail (galchi-jorim). As rumored, I had the chance to taste the exquisite flavor and freshness of the galchi-jorim at a local favorite near Hyeopjae Beach.
As expected from a local gem in Jeju's Hallim area, the restaurant was quite popular, and I also indulged in grilled mackerel and boiled pork.

The boiled pork served as a delightful palate cleanser. The lean meat was tender and not at all dry, making it fantastic.

A bite of soft boiled pork with a crunchy vegetable created a heavenly experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the local feast without any dislikes.
