My mom visited, and we had lunch at
Yoharu, a great place for lunch in Songdo, Incheon.
I wanted to share my experience of eating pork cutlet there.
I had seen Yoharu while passing by, and it looked nice, so I decided to visit with my mom.
Address: 168-2 Haedoji-ro, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, 1st floor of S1 Tower, near Songdo Academy area, close to Songdo 1st intersection.
Operating hours: 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM, last order at 8:20 PM.
Parking: Free parking available for 1 hour in the underground parking lot.
Lunch specials on weekdays from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM include:
Roast curry, tenderloin curry, chicken curry, mazemen, katsu udon, and spicy udon, all at discounted prices.
Yoharu specializes in pork cutlets, offering a variety of dishes including premium loin cutlets and mazemen curry.
The restaurant boasts a luxurious white wood interior and spacious seating, making it ideal for family gatherings or a quiet meal alone.

I was craving cold buckwheat noodles and pork cutlet, so my mom and I ordered one of each to share.
The menu is easy to check and order from at the table.
I ordered the special tenderloin cutlet and Nagoya-style mazemen.
While waiting, I read about how to enjoy Yoharu's pork cutlet.
A hint of lemon on the cutlet brightens the flavor. For the first bite, try it with just salt to savor the meat's richness. Then, enjoy it with wasabi to cut through the fat.
Dipping it in Japanese tonkatsu sauce brings out a deeper flavor.
The mazemen, topped with stir-fried pork, scallions, seaweed, and egg yolk, looked delicious.
The meal was beautifully presented with rice, soup, and pickled radish, making for a complete dining experience.
After mixing everything well, I enjoyed every bite.
The combination of flavors was delightful, and I loved how I could have both noodles and rice in one meal.
A piece of pork cutlet in every bite made the meal even more satisfying.
I had a wonderful time enjoying lunch at Yoharu, savoring the delicious pork cutlet.
