Hello! I'm 192cm.
As a working mom, my mornings are always busy, and I often skip meals.
However, I need to make sure my growing child has something to eat, so I prepare simple breakfasts that are filling.
I usually rotate between fruits, yogurt, and rice cakes, but after a few months, both my child and I got tired of them.
I was looking for something special that could be enjoyed as a snack or late-night treat and discovered a very tasty product!
With a variety of options, it keeps things interesting, and most importantly, it's crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, which my child loved.
Introducing Okdu Food's Gwansok Hot Dog, which will be responsible for our family's happy mealtime for a while!
Okdu Food's Gwansok Hot Dog comes in five varieties. Today, I will try the Mozzarella, Twist Sweet Potato, and Twist Cheddar Cheese.
The products were carefully packed with ice packs, so they were still cool when they arrived.
Made in a HACCP-certified facility, Okdu Food's Gwansok Hot Dog can be eaten with peace of mind regarding hygiene.
It's also reassuring to know that they supply over 100 places, including schools and rest areas.
The shelf life varies by product, so make sure to check. For example, the Twist Cheddar Cheese has a relatively short shelf life of about four months from the manufacturing date.
The Twist line of hot dogs is made using patented technology.
This is my first time trying a twisted hot dog, and I was quite excited about the taste and texture.
The Twist Sweet Potato Hot Dog has a shelf life of about eight months.
After taking a photo, I realized how big the package was, indicating how filling one hot dog would be.
The Mozzarella Hot Dog has large pieces of potato on the outside.
I'm curious about the combination of mozzarella cheese, potato, and sausage inside.
It has a shelf life of about nine months, so if you're not eating it right away, you can freeze it and take your time enjoying it.
Each bag contains four individually wrapped hot dogs, making them a great meal, snack, or late-night treat.
There are various cooking methods suggested. I cooked the Mozzarella Hot Dog in an air fryer at 160°C for about 10 minutes.
If taken straight from the freezer, I recommend cooking it for about 15 minutes, or 5 minutes if not frozen.
Checking the time and flipping it will yield a much tastier hot dog.
Be cautious, as the wooden stick can get very hot, so use gloves!
I microwaved the Twist Sweet Potato Hot Dog for about one minute.
If it's frozen, heating it for about 1 minute and 20 seconds should be enough, adjusting the time based on how many you’re cooking.
Lastly, I cooked the Twist Cheddar Cheese Hot Dog in an air fryer at 180°C for about three minutes.
If it’s frozen, defrosting it in the microwave before using the air fryer will give you a crispy hot dog!
I love hot dogs, and even as a cooking novice, I managed to make them look great.
Inside all Okdu Food's Gwansok Hot Dogs is chewy and flavorful mozzarella cheese, so you don’t need to search for cheese hot dogs separately.
The fermented dough has a fluffy and moist texture.
As I enjoyed them, I also discovered juicy sausages that added a meaty flavor.
Hot dogs wouldn't be complete without ketchup, right? I poured a lot on mine, but my child enjoyed it plain without ketchup.
They pair well with beer or milk, but today I enjoyed them with sparkling water and zero cola, which was very refreshing.
For a while, I think we'll have Okdu Food's Gwansok Hot Dogs for breakfast.
I need to remind my husband not to finish them off with beer snacks!
Okdu Food's Gwansok Hot Dog offers a variety of flavors to experience a special dough.
Enjoy!
