A Perfect Weekend Date in Gwangalli

Hello!
This weekend, I went on a date with my family at a well-known restaurant famous for its romantic atmosphere in Gwangalli.
The breathtaking view from the high floor was delightful, and the quality of the food was impressive. The owner was incredibly friendly, making it a perfect dining experience with no complaints.
When you visit Gwangalli, you usually stop by Gwangalli Beach, right? We did too, and after enjoying the beach, we headed to the nearby Minrak Hae Town.
Our dining destination was located on the upper level of Minrak Hae Town, right next to the beach. It's perfect for those who prefer short walking distances to enjoy the ocean.
As for parking, while you can use the building's parking lot, I wouldn't recommend it as it’s quite narrow. Instead, I suggest using the nearby public parking lots, which offer more space and provide parking tickets.
We visited the restaurant as a family, but I noticed many couples enjoying their time there. The stunning view from the high floor likely contributes to the romantic vibe.
The view outside the window was absolutely perfect, instantly lifting the stress from the weekdays.
Although the restaurant sells meat and individual dishes on the first floor, we decided to order a hearty course meal to enjoy a proper family outing.
As an appetizer, we were served a savory abalone porridge that was rich in flavor. Following that, we had seaweed soup, which had a deep broth taste despite appearing simple. The seaweed was cooked just right, neither tough nor too soft.
We also had salads made from potatoes and crab sticks mixed with mayonnaise. The seasoning was mild, making them perfect as appetizers.
Cold buckwheat noodles were served, featuring a tangy sauce, and the noodles were chewy without being tough, making it easy to enjoy.
The grilled abalone in butter was aromatic and had a sweet, nutty scent that was irresistible.
The cheese scallops topped with mozzarella were my favorite. They had a flavor that everyone, young or old, would enjoy.
We also tried corn cheese, which had a unique slight tanginess, making it different from the usual sweet taste.
The fresh live octopus was a highlight, moving around and providing an energizing visual experience.
For seafood, we had boiled octopus and abalone, both beautifully plated with great attention to detail. Despite being a reasonably priced restaurant, the presentation made us feel well taken care of.
When ordering the course, each person received a plate of sashimi, and we could refill it once. The initial serving was generous, and the refill was of high quality, which was impressive.
Alongside the sashimi, we had fresh greens and seasoned sushi served in bite-sized pieces, making it convenient to eat.
For the final course, we enjoyed a steamed flatfish that was evenly cooked and packed with flavor, followed by a spicy soup that tasted like it had been simmering for hours, providing a rich depth of flavor.
The meal concluded with spicy rice and shrimp tempura, and there was even a coffee machine in the corner for a nice coffee to finish off our dining experience.
Overall, it was a delightful full-course meal that made for a wonderful day out in Gwangalli.
