A Delightful Evening at Yang-eun-nambbi in Sanbon
경기도 군포시 산본로323번길 26-26

While pondering over dinner options in Sanbon,
I craved a spicy and hearty soup dish, so I visited a restaurant I hadn't been to in a while.
Although I sometimes order takeout when I'm short on time,
I made a visit to the store for Sunday dinner.
Operating hours: 11:00 AM - 12:00 AM
The restaurant is called Yang-eun-nambbi, located in the heart of Sanbon.
On this day, I ordered the aged kimchi chicken stew.
I even added my favorite udon noodles to it.
As I enjoy chicken stew and dishes with aged kimchi, I was excited to visit, and
to cut to the chase, I thoroughly enjoyed the broth as well.
Yang-eun-nambbi has a warm and inviting atmosphere, fitting its name.
While there are many restaurants in the central shopping area of Sanbon,
I chose Yang-eun-nambbi that day because I wanted something spicy.
The nostalgic feel of the restaurant's name heightened my anticipation for the food.
The ambiance was cozy and welcoming.
These days, there are many clean and sophisticated restaurants, but I find myself drawn to such comfortable places.
It was a great setting for a relaxed meal with friends or to enjoy a drink with spicy food in the evening.
I visited with my family of three.
We were able to easily choose our menu from our seats.
I ordered the aged kimchi chicken stew with additional noodles and two servings of rice.
The dish arrived in a large pot, looking hearty and inviting.
The stew was plentiful and the aged kimchi caught my eye.
I personally love the combination of aged kimchi in chicken stew, as it deepens the flavor of the broth.
Watching it bubble away at the table, the aroma of the broth intensified as it cooked.
This type of food is best enjoyed when cooked thoroughly and bubbling.
The aged kimchi and chicken melded beautifully in the broth, making it even more appetizing.
The aged kimchi was soft and tender, perfectly complementing the chicken.
I found that just eating the kimchi with rice was delicious, and it paired wonderfully with the chicken.
The charm of the aged kimchi chicken stew lies in its aged kimchi.
I had to cut the whole kimchi with scissors to eat it, which was quite satisfying.
The chicken was well-seasoned and absorbed the flavor of the broth, making it delightful with rice.
After a piece of chicken and a bite of kimchi, a spoonful of the spicy broth kept me wanting more.
It wasn't just spicy; the deep and rich taste of the aged kimchi made it even better.
Eating the stew with rice was a perfect combination.
I felt satisfied as I topped my rice with chicken and kimchi, adding a bit of broth.
On days when my appetite is lacking, I could easily finish a bowl with this spicy dish.
I recommend adding udon noodles to the aged kimchi chicken stew.
After enjoying the chicken and kimchi, I added the udon noodles.
The flavor was different and delightful as the broth soaked into the udon.
If you order this dish, I highly recommend adding udon noodles!
I enjoyed my meal at Yang-eun-nambbi, feeling full and satisfied.
The combination of spicy broth, aged kimchi, and chicken was perfect for me.
I especially liked it when the broth thickened a bit after simmering.
Next time, I plan to add fried rice, but I was too full this time.
Yang-eun-nambbi is a great choice when craving spicy food or looking for a hearty meal with family or friends.
