Today, I would like to introduce a place located in Toegye-dong, Chuncheon, known for its delicious pork ribs!
It’s called 'Cheongjeonggol Suroujip'.
This restaurant is famous for its traditional marinated pork ribs, representing Chuncheon.
Since its renovation, the interior is spacious and clean, with a variety of side dishes served, making it a place I frequently visit when craving pork ribs.
Now, let me introduce the tender pork ribs at 'Cheongjeonggol'.

Cheongjeonggol Suroujip is located near Namchuncheon Station.
To find it, enter the alley towards Toegye-dong near Spolex and you will see it before reaching Woosung Dakgalbi.
The parking lot is spacious and easy to find, with designated parking available in front of the restaurant.
Upon entering, you will be impressed by the large space with over 140 tables, making it suitable for group gatherings.
If you prefer a private setting, there are rooms available upon request.
Now, let's start with the menu. The signature dish here is the handmade traditional pork ribs, a must-try!
We ordered the pork ribs without hesitation since that’s why we came here!
Other tables were also enjoying high-quality Korean beef, which looked absolutely mouthwatering.
They only serve the highest grade beef, so if you're looking for delicious Korean beef in Chuncheon, this place is highly recommended!
Currently, there’s a Naver receipt event going on, so you can participate easily and also try their signature menu item, Gyesuni!
After placing our order, a wonderful array of side dishes was served.
The side dishes included japchae, Gyesuni, fried peppers, silkworms, and baekkimchi, all beautifully prepared.
We were four adults, and they served us two sets of the same side dishes, which was generous.
There were also various dipping sauces for the meat, which was great!
Finally, the moment we were waiting for, the handmade marinated pork ribs arrived!
Just looking at the quality of the meat was impressive.
Especially with Cheongjeonggol's unique marinade, the flavor was incredible.
With the good firepower of the grill, the pork ribs cooked beautifully, and the aroma was delightful.
As the meat cooked, I couldn't wait to try it!
My husband was in charge of grilling, and once it was ready, I wrapped a piece in lettuce and took a big bite.
Garlic is a must for pairing, and while the pork ribs are delicious on their own, I prefer to add some ssamjang when wrapping.
The taste was absolutely fantastic!
The pork ribs are also perfect for children's palates, not too sweet and wonderfully savory.
We ended up finishing every last bit, even the meat stuck to the bones!
After a long time visiting Cheongjeonggol, the atmosphere and taste seemed better than ever.
