Recently, I visited 'Black & White Samgyeopsal' located on Oncheonbuk-ro in Yuseong-gu, Daejeon.
This place is becoming a hot spot for Korean BBQ in Daejeon, so my expectations were high.

One of the main attractions here is that they use Jirisan black pork! The samgyeopsal I ordered was thick and juicy, and I was impressed with the taste with every bite. What was especially great was the unlimited supply of fresh leafy vegetables and side dishes! It was nice to be able to enjoy such high-quality samgyeopsal in a healthy way. Also, the special dipping sauce that was provided enhanced the flavor even more.
You can experience all of this at a reasonable price, making it a truly satisfying dinner. In the competitive landscape of 'Daejeon Bongmyeong-dong BBQ restaurants,' it's not easy to find a place with such excellent quality and service, so I highly recommend it!
Lastly, I thought it was the perfect place for a casual get-together with friends. Sharing stories and enjoying delicious BBQ in a relaxed atmosphere brought a sense of happiness that is irreplaceable!
