This time, I bring you a review of a cozy ramen place that perfectly suits the cold weather!
As the wind gets colder, I find myself craving soup dishes even more.
Since this place was featured on a popular show,
there might be a wait during lunchtime in Euljiro.
However, the turnover is very fast,
so even if there is a wait, you can enter quickly and start your meal right away.
I understood why so many office workers visit this lunch spot in Euljiro.
Quick turnover and a layout suitable for solo dining
are really significant advantages when you don't want to wait long in the cold.
The seating arrangement is comfortable for solo diners,
and the atmosphere is perfect for quietly enjoying a bowl of ramen.
I usually turn on Netflix while eating alone,
and having a phone holder on the restaurant table makes me feel more at ease.
“Ah… the owner really understands solo diners,”
was my first thought.
Especially since many people dine alone in Euljiro,
such small considerations bring great joy to solo diners. The owner's sense is truly impressive!
The pleasant surprises didn't end there.
When eating ramen, stray hairs can be a concern...
But I was delighted to find hair ties available!
I tied my hair neatly,
and enjoyed my ramen without worrying about splashes.
This place has everything: flavor, atmosphere, and consideration.

you'll find plenty of relatable points at this ramen shop.
While exploring the store filled with cute posters,
I found myself naturally lingering my gaze around.
Before I knew it, my ramen arrived at the table!
The waiting time was hardly boring,
as my eyes enjoyed the posters and my heart was already traveling somewhere in Japan.
With such attention to detail in the space,
it's no wonder the ramen tastes amazing!
We ordered the top two popular menu items:
1st place: Tonkotsu Shoyu,
2nd place: Karai Tantanmen!
On the day I visited, I noticed most people were ordering these two dishes.
If it's your first visit, you can't go wrong with these choices.
Adding chashu made it even tastier!
The richness of pork bone and the clean taste of chicken broth blended perfectly,
melting away the cold in my body.
Tantanmen (*spice level adjustable)
My boyfriend chose the Tantanmen!
With the option to adjust the spice level,
he could tailor it to his taste!
Even my spice-sensitive boyfriend finished every drop of the broth!
The savory broth with just the right amount of spiciness was perfect for the chilly weather.
The noodles absorbed the broth well, making every bite enjoyable.
After a few bites, I added a splash of kombu vinegar,
and wow... the umami flavor suddenly upgraded!
I highly recommend trying this addition!
Plus, the soft-boiled egg was delightful!
The mini chashu don was so delicious that I would have regretted not ordering it!

the satisfaction is undeniable.
Even for lunch, it feels light yet fulfilling.
