On a scorching summer day, I arrived at the Jungsan Sports Park Water Playground in Goyang City, searching for a refreshing escape.
As I approached the park, I was pleased to find free parking available, making it convenient to drive here.
After parking, I headed towards the water playground. The lush trees provided a cool shade and refreshing atmosphere.
Before visiting, here are some essential details to know:
Jungsan Sports Park Water Playground
Operating Period: July 1, 2026 (Wednesday) to August 16, 2026 (Sunday)
Operating Hours: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (6 sessions per day, 50 minutes of operation followed by a 10-minute break)
Location: Inside Jungsan Sports Park, right next to the park golf course.
Facilities: Free parking in front of the park, restrooms, and drinking fountains available. Please note that there are no changing rooms.
To ensure everyone's safety, there are some important rules to follow:
To maintain a safe and pleasant environment for all, only guardians caring for children are allowed entry to the playground. Adults and individuals of adult size are restricted from using the facilities.
Additionally, access is strictly prohibited outside of operating hours for safety and facility management purposes.
Safety personnel are present on-site to prevent accidents and maintain order.
The water playground is designed with children's needs in mind, featuring shallow water (about 30cm deep) for safe play. The delightful and cute design captures attention and adds to the fun.
With a variety of 11 colorful play equipment, including water snakes, frogs, and palm trees, the playground stimulates children's curiosity.

Ample shaded seating is available around the playground, allowing parents to comfortably watch their kids play.
