Jeju Souvenir Shopping: A Guide to Must-Visit Gift Shops
Every time I travel to Jeju, I make it a point to visit a souvenir shop at least once a day. This time, I went on a tour of three different places! I enjoyed shopping in Jeju to my heart's content. While all were great, if I had to pick just one, I'd recommend Gift Gopan, located in Jungmun. It's a large-scale Jeju souvenir shop, so you don't have to go here and there like I did. You can take care of all your Jeju shopping in one go, and the prices are reasonable, so you can buy Jeju souvenirs without any 부담. It was a versatile store that could capture the tastes of people of all ages.
1. Convenient Location and Parking at Jeju Souvenir Shop
You can see the Gift Gopan building from afar, and I was surprised by its enormous size. It's by far the largest Jeju souvenir shop I've ever been to! As you can see from the outside, the interior is also quite spacious.
I saw that all the items sold at the shops I had visited before were also available here. I slightly regretted not coming here sooner, feeling like I had wasted my time.
For your information, the operating hours are from 9 AM to 9 PM every day. There's an early bird discount promotion between 9 AM and 11 AM, so if you want to save money, go early!

2. Gopan's Own Unique Goods
Gift Gopan is a Jeju souvenir shop that showcases its own unique goods. There are many special items that you can't find in other stores. They have plenty of cute character merchandise unique to this place, such as Lapang & Hapang & Camellia Friends!
The product range is also very diverse, from 감성 소품 to everyday 생활용품 that are frequently used. There was nothing missing! The quality and design were all 만족스러웠어요.
I bought a thick blanket with a 돌하르방 and Hallabong theme, which will be useful throughout the winter. It's so warm that I'm using it on my lap while writing this post.
3. A Wide Variety of Jeju Souvenirs
There was also a parade of works by local artists in the province. Magnets and keychains are always the Jeju souvenirs that I love and hate, as they lighten my wallet.
This time, as I put them in my basket one by one, it was soon full. I bought black pig, dolphin, camellia, and Hallasan magnets released by Gopan, one of each kind, as gifts for my nephews and nieces. I brought back tangerine mini magnets and Crayon Shin-chan magnets to put on my refrigerator. I feel happy every time I see them :)
I wanted to have all the stationery with the season's colors. Thanks to the winter 감성 and Christmas 분위기 Jeju souvenirs, I was filled with warmth. Looking at these 아기자기한 items, I felt like I wouldn't be cold at all this winter.
4. Sensible & Practical Fashion Accessories, Beauty Items
It was also fun to browse the clothing and accessories corners located throughout the Jeju souvenir shop. I was 홀릭 by the small and charming items and stood there for a long time looking at them.
They cleverly created items using Jeju's symbols such as tangerines, canola flowers, hydrangeas, camellias, and carrots. If you wear one of these while traveling and take a photo, you'll definitely get a 인생 샷, right?
Hats are one of the hot items that are 꼭 on the Jeju shopping list! Especially in the winter season like now, many people experience tangerine picking, so wearing a tangerine hat is perfect!
Adding tangerine sunglasses on top of that would be the icing on the cake. You'll be able to perfectly enjoy the Jeju vibe.
If you want practical Jeju shopping, I recommend looking at beauty items. There was a very diverse lineup of horse oil cream, 돌하르방 lip balm, tangerine hand cream & toothpaste, camellia oil, and Hallabong mask packs.
5. Eating is What's Left! A Variety of Foods
It would be a shame to leave out the story of food, which is an essential item for Jeju souvenir shopping. It's almost like a supermarket, with a total collection of delicious snacks and foods in the Jeju 소품샵, so it's easy to choose what suits your taste! In addition, there was a 1+1 event, so it was good to bring back various flavors in 교차.
I was able to purchase seafood and rice cakes, which I had included on my Jeju shopping list, at Gift Gopan, which was so convenient. I thought I could only buy these at the market. It's so convenient because you can ship it directly by 택배!
I was able to purchase 주류 without any worries because it's allowed on board and there are no major restrictions. I chose 술 that would be good to give as gifts to acquaintances and family and filled my 캐리어 with them. The packages are all 고급짐..❤️
Gift Gopan Jungmun Branch, where there are many kinds of items and they are well organized, was a great environment for Jeju shopping. If you're planning a trip to Seogwipo, be sure to include this place in your itinerary. You'll be able to cherish the memories of your trip for a long time with pretty and practical Jeju souvenirs.
