When traveling with kids in Jincheon, there is a noteworthy place to visit: the Jincheon Dream Playground.
Initially, I thought it would just be an indoor playground, but it turned out to have a variety of activities, including outdoor play areas, role-playing spaces, physical activity zones, and even screen sports.
One of the best features is the option to enjoy both outdoor and indoor spaces depending on the weather, making it ideal for visits with children.
Starting with the outdoor playground, as soon as you arrive, you will see colorful play equipment. There are slides, climbing structures, spinning rides, swings, and even ground trampolines.
My child couldn't resist playing there. They jumped on the ground trampoline countless times. Even before entering the indoor area, they had a blast moving around, so families looking for places to visit in Jincheon with kids should definitely check out the outdoor space.
The first-floor indoor playground is designed for children aged 5 to 10. According to the sign, it accommodates kids born between 2017 and 2022. The entrance fee is 4,000 won for children, while guardians can enter for free. Card payments are accepted on-site. The operating hours are divided into three sessions: 10:00–12:00, 13:30–15:30, and 16:00–18:00. Each session allows up to 25 children, and prior reservations are required through the Jincheon County website.
Guardians must wear socks!
Once inside, you will find role-playing areas that kids will love. There is a kitchen play area and a hospital play area equipped with gowns, dolls, vision test charts, and X-ray images.
This space is not just filled with a few toys; it encourages children to create scenarios and play. As you venture further inside, the atmosphere changes dramatically with tunnel play structures, trampolines, ball pits, climbing walls, and foam block areas!
After playing in the ball pit for a while, I realized how quickly time passed. Jumping outside and then inside is a great way to expend energy. If you're looking for a good indoor playground in Jincheon to let your child burn off some energy, this place offers a fulfilling experience.
On the second floor, there are various play facilities suitable for elementary school students and teenagers! The operating hours for the second floor changed on September 1, 2026. From Tuesday to Friday, it is open from 09:00 to 20:00, and on weekends from 09:00 to 18:00. We also enjoyed screen sports here.
There are spaces for baseball and golf experiences that run alongside classes!
We tried out the screen tennis, which can be used at any time. At first, it was a bit awkward to hit the ball, but after a few tries, I got the hang of it.
There are also table tennis tables, board games, and karaoke areas, making it a place where you can enjoy multiple activities rather than just one.
After all that excitement, parents also need a break. The Dream Playground offers a lounge area with bean bags. If you're looking for a place to visit with kids in Jincheon, even on a rainy day, consider adding the Dream Playground to your itinerary.
