Hello, this is Shinan County!
We are committed to creating a community where our citizens are happy.
To contribute to the development of our county, we are hosting the
‘2026 Shinan County Public and Employee Proposal Contest’.
This contest aims to actively incorporate diverse perspectives and innovative ideas into our county administration.
We want to create changes that our citizens can directly experience.

Results Announcement: In June 2026
📝 How to Participate
We offer various submission channels for your convenience:

✔️ Shinan County Office Website
✔️ In-person and mail submissions
👥 Eligibility and Proposal Areas
Eligibility: Any citizen and Shinan County employees
Proposal Areas: All fields that can contribute to the development of Shinan County
However, proposals that fall under the following categories will be excluded from evaluation:
✔️ Proposals that may infringe on intellectual property rights
✔️ Similar or duplicate content to existing proposals
✔️ Proposals that are impractical
✔️ Simple complaints or grievances
✔️ Irrelevant to county administration
✔️ Proposals promoting specific profit-making ventures
📝 Evaluation Criteria and Process
Submitted proposals will be evaluated fairly based on the following criteria:

The review will begin with the relevant department, followed by a practical committee and a proposal evaluation committee to select outstanding proposals.
