Actress Kim Hieora has appeared before the public after a long time.

After making her name known through Netflix's 'The Glory,'

and halting her activities due to school bullying allegations,

she has returned this time with the film 'Savior' (directed by Shin Jun).

In an interview held in Samcheong-dong, Seoul on the 23rd, Kim Hieora

honestly shared her time after the controversy.

"After the controversy ended, I was just living quietly.

I was saying to a friend, 'How long will I get to enjoy this leisure?' when

I received the movie script from my agency.

As soon as I read it, I said 'I'll do it' in 30 minutes."

First Commercial Film Debut with 'Savior'

In this film, Kim Hieora

plays the role of 'Chunseo,' a woman raising her son alone.

She said, "Chunseo is a character who fights to protect everything,

but I tended to accept the situation."

"I was broken, but I wanted to learn something again.

All I could do was show it through acting," she said.

“I went to America with my apartment deposit.”

After the controversy, she chose challenge rather than escape.

“I felt like I would fall apart if I stayed still.

So I took my apartment deposit and went to America.

I wasn't good at English, but I went to meetings and traveled around with a backpack.

Thanks to that time, I became stronger, and now I see more of what's around me.”

She shared her changed heart, saying, “If I used to run only looking at my dreams,

now I can listen to the stories of people around me.”
