Jeju Shinhwa World: Sky Pool, Water Park, and Theme Park Experience

Hello, I'm Mero!
Today, I would like to introduce a perfect hotel for a vacation in Jeju Island.
I will share my experience from last summer and provide the latest information for 2026.
This includes details about Jeju Shinhwa World, the Sky Pool, Water Park, Theme Park, and breakfast.
Let's dive into the reviews and operational information.
Location: 38, Sinhwa History Road 304-gil, Andeok-myeon, Seogwipo-si, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province
Upon entering the entrance, you will see a waterfall along with the hotel name.
We stayed at the Myth Hall of Jeju Shinhwa World for easy access to the Water Park and Sky Pool!
After checking in, we headed to our room.
The hotel is divided into Landing Hall, Marriott Hall, Myth Hall, and Somerset.
Each hall offers different facilities, so be sure to check before using!
Myth Hall offers rooms with access to the Sky Pool, allowing free entry to the Water Park through the Sky Pool!
This means you can enjoy both the Sky Pool and Water Park, which I recommend for families traveling with children.
The Marriott Hall has a pool that I prefer over the Water Park.
If I visit again, I would like to try the Marriott Hall!
The Landing Hall is suitable for business purposes or for those who want to stay without using facilities.
Though it lacks a pool and other facilities, it has the advantage of being comfortable and having a short distance to navigate.
After dinner and checking in, we quickly prepared to go to the pool.
The Sky Pool operates until late evening, and the hours are as follows:
Sky Pool Operating Hours: 09:00 AM - 10:00 PM
Break: 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM
✔️ Heated pool open year-round
✔️ Swimwear required
✔️ Children under 12 and below 140cm must wear life jackets
After a fun time in the Sky Pool, we decided to grab some snacks from the convenience store.
I found a tangerine beer that was surprisingly delicious!
The next morning, I woke up with a puffy face. My son immediately wanted to go to the pool.
However, we had breakfast first. I booked a breakfast package and paid the additional fee for my child.
We had breakfast at Landing Dining, which offered a variety of Korean, salad, and Western dishes, all clean and delicious!
Breakfast hours are from 07:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
After breakfast, we took a stroll around the playground and headed to the Water Park.
As soon as we arrived, my son rushed to the wave pool, where life jackets are mandatory!
After enjoying the wave pool, we moved indoors where life jackets are not required.
The indoor area had several attractions for kids, including a popular tube hill.
However, after a while, my husband and I wanted to take a break.
We then headed to the Sky Pool, which was surprisingly empty!
It was a perfect spot to relax, floating in the warm water.
As evening approached, more guests arrived at the Sky Pool.
If you want to enjoy the pool leisurely, visiting during the day is recommended.
After a long day of fun, we were ready for dinner!
There are many restaurants and shops along the path to the theme park, including BBQ and various cuisines.
We went straight to get some chicken, which was freshly fried and absolutely delicious!
As night fell, we enjoyed the lively atmosphere at the theme park entrance.
Although we couldn't explore the theme park due to closing time, we took a short stroll around the plaza before heading back to our room.
The next morning, I struggled to wake up, but it was all worth it.
This was my experience at Jeju Shinhwa World, and my son had a wonderful time, leaving us with great memories.
I would definitely visit again and recommend it for families traveling with kids.
It’s ideal for a staycation since you won’t need to leave the resort!
