J2 Family Hotel Review

J2 Family Hotel
37 Sammu-ro 3-gil, Jeju City, Jeju Island
Let me introduce the place where I stayed during my 2-day trip to Jeju Island.
I was looking for a spacious room at an affordable price, and this hotel was perfect for that!
It's called J2 Hotel.
Parking is limited, requiring double or triple parking, and you need to leave your keys at the front desk.
This is the front desk.
You can store your luggage here.
After receiving my key, I took the elevator up.
There was a guide for the rooms, which I checked before heading to my room.
I stayed in room 703, a family suite.
Thanks to a discount coupon, I paid only 61,000 won on a weekday!
Here’s an overview of the room.
It's really spacious, isn't it?
This is the living room.
It has a cozy sofa and a table.
Under the TV, there were mugs, and there’s also a refrigerator next to it.
The fridge contained two bottles of Diamond water.
This is the bathroom.
There were four small towels, along with a toothbrush, toothpaste, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.
Next to the living room, there’s a small kitchen.
It has an induction stove and a coffee pot.
However, there are no dishes available, so I didn't use the stove.
This is the bedroom.
As it's a family room, there were two beds prepared.
The bed frames are wooden, which made some creaking sounds.
There’s also a vanity and a hairdryer.
The power outlets are quite far from the beds.
But I always carry a power strip with me, so it was fine.
Make sure to bring a power strip! Haha.
I visited the lounge on the second floor.
It’s a great place for several people to eat together.
There’s a microwave, a coffee machine, and a water purifier available.
Overall, the space was large and offered great value for money.
It was a windy day, and it was really cold outside, but the room was warm enough to make me sweat.
It felt cozy and nice.
However, there is one downside...
There are no soundproof doors, so outside noises can be heard.
I couldn’t hear sounds from the adjacent room (as it’s next to the bathroom!),
but I could hear a group talking loudly outside before entering the hotel from the elevator. Haha.
Even when the door was closed, I could still hear them. Haha.
At night, everyone is inside their rooms, so there wasn't any noise!
I recommend this place as a budget-friendly accommodation for groups!
