Located in Suwon, Anuk Ryokan Hotel Suwon offers a unique experience, allowing you to enjoy the ambiance of a Japanese Ryokan without leaving the city. As Suwon's first Ryokan-style hotel, I booked a stay to discover its charm. If you're seeking a clean and cozy place in Suwon with bathtubs in every room and sauna facilities in select rooms, I highly recommend this new hotel.

Anuk Ryokan Hotel provides a Japanese-style Ryokan atmosphere with various bathtubs, including those made of brick and cypress wood, allowing you to relax and feel the essence of Japan right here in Suwon.

The hotel offers in-room tea ceremonies and is a great choice for families, couples, business trips, pre-departure stays, or trips to Everland. They also offer unmanned check-in and parking for one car per room (total of 50 parking spaces). Located next to the Seosuwon Bus Terminal, it's a convenient option for those departing from the airport.

Location

- 150m from Seosuwon Bus Terminal, 3 minutes on foot

The hotel has both ground and underground parking. The ground parking area is quite spacious. There is an elevator available in the underground parking area.

Hotel Lobby

The lobby features a serene Zen style with Japanese-inspired lattice automatic doors. You'll find a self-check-in kiosk, public restrooms, complimentary coffee, a microwave, and a selection of O'Sulloc tea for in-room tea ceremonies. Amenity kits are also available for purchase. The hotel has 8 floors with two elevators.

Sauna Deluxe Room 603

I stayed in the Sauna Deluxe room 603. The entrance area where you take off your shoes was quite spacious and convenient. There were two pairs of slippers for men and women, as well as a shoehorn. Since it's a sauna room, there were two bathrobes available. There's also a closet with hangers, and the built-in refrigerator is located in the lower part of the closet. The hairdryer and lotions are in the drawers, and an electric kettle is provided above the refrigerator.

Mysterious Appearance

Across from the entrance, a softly lit yellow wall lamp illuminates the sauna room. I thoroughly enjoyed the cypress wood sauna. The quiet sauna space allowed me to disconnect from electronics and enjoy a moment of meditation, making it a memorable Japanese Ryokan experience.

Charming Photo

There's a double bed and a minimalist sofa. The bedding, pillows, and mattress were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bedroom features a Samsung air conditioning system and a television for comfortable viewing from the bed. You can also enjoy an in-room tea ceremony. There are bedside tables with charging ports and lamps, creating a relaxing ambiance.

Precious Memory

The bathroom was spacious and comfortable. It featured luxurious bathroom fixtures such as American Standard matte faucets and a toilet. The gray tiles create an elegant atmosphere, and the shower products have a pleasant fragrance. You can even purchase the products using a QR code provided.

Check-out & Nearby Restaurants

When checking out, simply return your key card to the box located in the elevator. My stay at Anuk Ryokan Hotel Suwon was quiet and relaxing. I recommend it for families, couples, business travelers, and those arriving or departing from the airport.

Happy Time

The hotel is located next to the Seosuwon Bus Terminal, where you can find Burger King, Ashley Queens, Dunkin' Donuts, Hongdae Rice Noodles, and a Kimbap restaurant. Across the street in the food alley, you'll find various BBQ restaurants, Sundae Gukbap (blood sausage soup), and Someri Gukbap (beef head soup). I highly recommend this Japanese-style Suwon hotel for family trips, especially for those visiting Everland.
