A Visit to the Local Gym: Recommendations and Experiences

Today, I decided to share my experience at the local gym.
I pass by the gym every day but never realized there was one on the ground floor.
Most gyms are usually located underground, so it was a surprise!
To access the fourth floor, you need to ring the bell due to security.
As soon as I walked in, I was amazed at how spacious it was.
For those who exercise regularly, this gym is a dream come true.
It features Technogym equipment imported from Italy, renowned as some of the best in the world!
(These high-end fitness machines are usually found only in five-star hotels.)
There were plenty of workout machines available.
Four stair climbers and treadmills stretching from one end to the other.
The cardio machines seemed endless, so you don’t have to wait around for your turn.
I arrived right after work, and it was surprisingly crowded.
(Mondays and Tuesdays are always busy, contrary to what I thought about those times being less crowded.)
With more people joining, it’s clear that this gym is uniquely managed by the head office, ensuring a systematic approach to consultations and facility management.
I noticed they have a monthly employee recognition program, which motivates staff to provide excellent service.
With so many members, there are plenty of lockers available.
They also provide towels and workout clothes, making it convenient to come right after work!
Unlike many chain gyms where cleanliness and service quality can vary, this gym maintains high standards.
The reviews consistently highlight their customer satisfaction.
I enjoyed the view from above, escaping the cramped underground spaces.
Though I originally planned to use the stair climber for 40 minutes, I struggled after 17 minutes and had to step outside for fresh air.
Despite the abundance of equipment, I found myself feeling overwhelmed on my first day.
Is this the power of direct management by the head office?
The gym’s dedicated app allows you to open doors and track your workouts.
While finding the right equipment might take some getting used to, it definitely helps reduce my workout time.
There are plenty of dumbbells available, so even if others take some, there’s still enough for everyone.
Next time, I’ll focus on weights first and finish with cardio.
Currently, they have reasonable pricing for personal training and registration events, making it a great opportunity to start a healthier lifestyle this year.
I’ll do my best to stay active!
Goodbye!
