A Stay at Maison Glad Jeju

Hello!
Today, I want to introduce a place to stay in Jeju.
If you're looking for a 5-star hotel,
you'd be missing out if you don't know Maison Glad.

It's a 5-star hotel located near Jeju Airport in the city,
making it very accessible!
If you're traveling around the city,
I don't think there's a better hotel than this.
Even if you choose another place to stay,
you should use Maison Glad as a reference for hotels near the airport.
Maison Glad Jeju

Check-in at 3 PM and check-out at 11 AM.
Being a 5-star hotel, they even have a luggage service!
I remember the staff being very friendly at check-in.
There's also a liquor corner on the first floor,
which was quite tempting.

They offered tastings, but I'm not sure if they still do.
While waiting for the elevator,
I encountered a robot,
which is actually a work by artist Nam June Paik.
I filmed it, and my friend scolded me for doing so.
I stayed in a twin room at Maison Glad Jeju,
not a deluxe twin, just two single beds!
The bedding and lighting were great.
Guess how much I booked it for?
It was only 40,000 KRW!
When was it? In February.
While the hotel may not be trendy,
the furniture is well-maintained,
and the bathroom is clean,
so I consider it 5-star quality.
If you're traveling with kids,
they even provide bed guards to prevent falls.
How thoughtful is that?
The city view from the room is lovely,
with a glimpse of the sea in the distance.
The sky was so clear that
it was hard to tell where the sky ended and the sea began.
Waking up in the morning felt amazing!
There’s a full-length mirror in the room,
which was great for checking my outfit.
However, one downside was the parking situation;
it was a bit inconvenient to walk up to the second floor.
One of the chairs couldn’t support your back,
making it uncomfortable to eat at the table.
Despite these issues,
Maison Glad Jeju is a reliable choice.
It may not be flashy, but it has clear strengths in its location.
If you prioritize practicality over aesthetics,
I would definitely recommend it.
