If you are a taxpayer, do not miss this annual opportunity to pay your property tax!

September is the month for property tax payments (first installment for housing and buildings).

Payment Period: September 16, 2026 - September 30, 2026

Taxpayer: Owners of property (buildings and housing) as of the tax assessment date (June 1, 2026)

Payment Methods:

- Virtual Account: Transfer to the virtual account indicated on the front of the bill

- ARS Phone: 142211 (Payment possible with own or others' cards)

- Financial Institutions: Payment at CD/ATM machines

- Internet: Via Wetax or Giro

Important Notes:

Once paid, local taxes cannot be canceled, so please pay carefully.

If you have applied for electronic delivery of property tax notices, please note that no paper bill will be mailed to you.
