New Climbing Destination Opens in Paju!
Welcome to the newly opened climbing facility in Paju Stadium!
An international standard climbing gym is now available!
After a trial operation period in March, the climbing gym is officially open to the public from April!
Here’s what you need to know about the Paju Stadium climbing gym:
✔️ Free Access
▪ Duration: April 2026 to the end of May 2026
▪ All areas are available for free during the trial operation period
※ Normal usage fees will apply starting June 1, 2026
✔️ Usage Restrictions
▪ Schedule: Weekdays (Tuesday to Friday) from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM
▪ Limited access to the auto belay area for local sports club activities

○ Summer (April to October)
▪ Weekdays: 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM (Break: 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM)
▪ Weekends/Holidays: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Break: 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM)
○ Winter (November to March)
▪ Weekdays: 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM (Break: 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM / 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM)
▪ Weekends/Holidays: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Break: 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM)
The facility is equipped with speed walls, lead walls, and indoor lead walls certified by the International Federation of Sport Climbing (IFSC).
As the largest artificial climbing facility in the country, it serves as a training ground for athletes and promotes recreational sports among citizens.
Located approximately 760 meters from the main entrance of Paju Stadium, you can easily reach the climbing gym by following the one-way road.
It takes about 2 minutes by car, and there’s parking available nearby (180 minutes free).
The climbing walls feature various holds categorized by difficulty, enhancing the climbing experience with volumes and quickdraws.
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced climber, the facility offers an exciting environment for everyone!
