The NAMHAE 250KM trail running project is launching, inviting you to walk and run approximately 250km around Namhae Island over 6 nights and 7 days.

Experience a special running journey where nature, people, and the region come together, connecting Namhae's sea, mountains, fields, and villages.

Trail Running Project: A run connecting the nature, region, and people of Namhae.

Namhae is an entire island of trails. As you run along the coastline, the sound of the waves becomes your companion, and as you pass through the fields, the wind guides you. NAMHAE 250KM is not just a run, but a journey of recovery where you can feel the geographical beauty of Namhae with your whole body.

Divided into a total of 7 stages, each section is composed of 30km to 60km. Run during the day, rest at local campsites at night, and fall asleep under the night sky of Namhae. There, you will encounter a time to rediscover the rhythm of life, beyond the act of 'running'.

Shared Moments: Camping in nature, local cuisine, and conversation.

What you will encounter while circling the island is not just scenery. Bonds with fellow runners, the hospitality of the villagers, and a meal prepared by a local chef. NAMHAE 250KM proposes a new travel culture that connects 'region, people, and nature' through running.
