the 'Exercise at Seoul Plaza' program will be held!
Newly introduced line dance will be part of the main exercise,
along with the Exercise King Challenge and personalized exercise plans.

For office workers who want to exercise lightly on their way home,
for Seoul citizens seeking free professional training,
and for beginners wanting to establish a healthy routine,
this free sports platform is perfect for everyone.

What is 'Exercise at Seoul Plaza'?
It is a program designed to help people of all ages engage in exercise easily in the city amidst their busy lives.
Program Overview:
Operating Period: May 7 (Thursday) to October (excluding July and August)
Operating Time: Every Thursday at 7 PM
Location: Seoul Plaza (near City Hall Station)
Participation Fee: Free
Application Method: Pre-registration on the website or on-site registration on the day

What programs are available?
Main Exercise Routine:
This year's main exercises include Zumba dance, step box, jumping step, and a newly introduced line dance program suitable for beginners.
Exercise King Challenge:
This program measures fitness through various activities like strength, agility, flexibility, and grip strength, challenging participants to achieve new records.
Exercise Prescription Center:
Professional trainers, posture correction specialists, and physical therapists offer personalized 1:1 exercise consultations.
