We are conducting a "Comprehensive Survey of Agricultural Land" to check the ownership and usage status (actual cultivation, fallow land, illegal conversion, legality of lease agreements, etc.).
The initial survey (May to July) will identify suspicious agricultural lands, followed by in-depth investigations (August to December) if necessary, including field verification and examination of evidence.

✅ First Survey (May 2026 onwards): Agricultural land acquired after 1996
✅ Second Survey (2027): Agricultural land acquired before 1996
* 2026 Survey Method: Initial survey (May to June) followed by in-depth survey (August to December)

* Utilizing administrative information and AI technology to select targets for in-depth investigation.
✅ Ownership: Confirming land ownership and area to identify violations.
✅ Actual cultivation: Verifying discrepancies using administrative data such as crop disaster insurance.
✅ Usage status: Checking cultivation status and facilities using aerial photographs and building registers.
2️⃣ Second In-depth Survey (August to December)
* Field investigators will be deployed to check violations (10 key investigation categories).

✅ Field Investigation
Visiting target agricultural lands to confirm cultivation facilities, operational status, and usage.
✅ Supplementary Investigation
Confirming actual cultivation through documents that can prove farming status.
✅ Result Utilization
★ Survey results will be reflected in the agricultural land register.
★ Violated land will face administrative penalties or corrective actions.
★ Promoting the scaling and concentration of actual cultivators' agricultural land.
Special Lease Adjustment Period
Converting traditional verbal lease agreements to written contracts!
A normalization period for lease agreements (May 18 to July 31) will be implemented to protect the legal rights of tenant farmers.
✅ Personal lease agreements must be registered at local administrative offices.
✅ Agricultural land owned by three or more individuals can be entrusted to the Agricultural Bank.
