On the evening of April 18, various performances and historical programs will take place.

On the day of the event, safety personnel will be deployed around Gwanghwamun Square.
They will manage visitor safety through real-time monitoring and operation of an on-site situation room.
Commemoration support for veterans registered with the Ministry of Veterans Affairs:
✔️ April 19 veterans residing in Seoul
✔️ 336 priority bereaved families
Support includes monetary assistance for veterans.
Note: Payments will be made automatically without separate applications for designated veterans.
✔️ Veterans over 65 residing in Seoul will receive support.
✔️ Low-income veterans or bereaved families will receive living assistance allowances.
