- Submission hours for in-person and mail applications are weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00, and applications cannot be accepted during lunch hours (12:00 - 13:00).
- Applications must arrive by the deadline of March 6, 2026, at 18:00 to be considered valid.
- After submission, please confirm via phone.
- The applicant is responsible for any delays, missing documents, or deficiencies in registered mail submissions.
- Application numbers will be notified via SMS before the announcement of document screening results.
