What kind of festival was the 2025 Seoul Winter Festa?
The 2025 Seoul Winter Festa, themed 'Fantasia Seoul',
was a major winter festival held from December 12, 2025,
to January 4, 2026, for a total of 24 days.
It connected seven iconic downtown locations, including Gwanghwamun Square, Cheonggyecheon, and DDP.
The festival featured various attractions:
A media art festival 'Seoul Light Gwanghwamun',
'Seoul Lantern Festival' illuminating Cheonggyecheon,
'Gwanghwamun Market' adding to the year-end atmosphere,
and 'SeoulCon', a global influencer festival.
Throughout the city, captivating winter content was abundant.
To enjoy the rich sights and activities,
over ten million visitors flocked to the festival,
establishing it as Seoul's representative winter festival.
Despite the cold weather and large crowds,
a safe festival environment was maintained without any accidents.
