Today, I'm introducing a cafe located in Yudalsan Mountain in Mokpo, Jeollanam-do, famous for its amazing view and delicious shaved ice:
‘Yudalsanjang’!!!!
Yudalsanjang is nestled in the forest of Yudalsan Mountain,
It's known for its great atmosphere and relaxing vibe. So, when I went on a trip to Mokpo,
I visited to relax and enjoy some delicious shaved ice.
Let's get started with my honest review!

🅿️ Parking : Use the free Yudalsan Mountain parking lot
Parking
Park in the free Yudalsan Mountain parking lot and then walk to the cafe.
It's about a 5-minute walk from the parking lot to the cafe, so
be sure to read the directions below before you come.
(I got a little lost because the directions were confusing..haha)
Directions to Yudalsanjang
After parking in the free Yudalsan Mountain parking lot,
head towards the Yudalsan Mountain Trail and look for the 'Nojeokbong' sign.
It's about a 3-5 minute walk from there.
Be careful climbing up as there are stairs and the path is narrow.
Cafe Exterior
This is the exterior of the cafe.
The exterior had a very exotic vibe. 🌴🌴🌴🌴

Cafe Interior
This is the interior of the cafe.
As soon as you enter the cafe, you'll notice that the entire wall is made of windows,
allowing you to fully enjoy the lush forest view.
Just sitting there makes you feel relaxed.
There are plenty of tables, making it great for group visits :)
Basement Level 1
There are also seats available on basement level 1.
The door is made of stone,
making you feel like you're entering a secret room.
Be careful not to get hurt when pushing open the heavy door.
Basement Level 1
Basement level 1 has a higher ceiling than the first floor,
giving it a much more open and spacious feel.
I felt like basement level 1 had a better atmosphere and made me feel like I was more in the forest.

I ordered these.
Milk Shaved Ice (13.0)
Smooth milk shaved ice made from finely ground sweet and savory milk. 🍧
It melts in your mouth as soon as you put it in,
and the coolness makes the heat disappear.
The addition of sweet condensed milk, red beans, and chewy, savory Injeolmi (rice cake)
made it moderately sweet and savory,
a flavor that everyone will love!!
I recommend the milk shaved ice!
Iced Americano (5.0)
I usually like strong Americanos, so
it was a little bland for my taste.
But it was still easy to drink.
⭐Overall Review⭐
-Located in Yudalsan Mountain, you can enjoy the lush forest view,
and just sitting there makes you feel relaxed.
The shaved ice was delicious, so I want to visit again.
If you're looking for a cafe in Jeollanam-do Mokpo or a place for delicious Mokpo shaved ice,
I recommend ‘Yudalsanjang’!!!!
