Last summer, I had the chance to visit an Anguk-dong gallery on a weekend. While searching for interesting places to visit in Anguk, I discovered a popular cafe that's been trending lately.
It's called 'Cafe Rewind Seoul'. I highly recommend it to couples in their 20s and 30s planning a date in Anguk, so I'm sharing my honest review!
To get to the cafe, walk straight through the perfume shop on the first floor and go up to the second floor through the glass door.
Rewind Seoul is located on the second floor.
The showcase displays beautifully crafted desserts made by pastry chefs,
and the staff members seem hip and perfectly match the cafe's vibe.

Mango Passion Choux
Hipster vibes overload! 'Cafe Rewind Seoul' Atmosphere near Anguk Station
Cafe Rewind Seoul is very accessible, located just a 1-minute walk from Anguk Station.
Also, as soon as you enter the second floor, you'll notice a striking and unique garden.
There are many beautiful places to visit in Insadong and Anguk art exhibitions nearby,
making it the perfect spot to stop by during a date.
The biggest charm of this place is its unique interior.
The space is largely divided into left and right sections.
The left side features long tables,
while the right side (Craft Museum side) is furnished with sofa tables,
providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere.
It's a space where hip and vintage sensibilities coexist.
Thanks to the natural light streaming through the glass windows,
the photos turn out really well.
Especially, don't miss the opportunity to take amazing photos by the glass windows and courtyard garden overlooking the Craft Museum!
Among Anguk cafes, it's rare to find a place with a modern yet unique atmosphere,
so if you're planning a special Anguk date,
you must save this place.

Every time I go on an Anguk cafe tour,
I always check the taste of the Americano.
Cafe Rewind Seoul's Americano has a **taste evaluation: a slightly acidic bean flavor**,
making it a good choice for those who usually enjoy iced Americano.
It had a rich flavor that paired perfectly with the dessert.
If you're looking for a coffee 맛집 (delicious spot) in Insadong,
I recommend this place.
???? Rich and Flavorful Jeju Matcha Latte

I heard that matcha lattes are trending these days?
It wasn't as strong as I expected.
However, instead of an artificial sweetness,
I could taste the matcha's original bitter
flavor.
If you're looking for a special drink
near Anguk Station,
be sure to give it a try.
It was also visually appealing,
making it great for taking pictures.
What left an even stronger impression than the drinks
was the Mango Passion Choux.

Inside the crispy and chewy choux,
there is a generous filling of mango and passion fruit cream.
The sweetness combined with the passion fruit's tanginess
prevents it from being too heavy, making you want to keep eating it.
If you're visiting this place as part of an Anguk date,
one Mango Passion Choux per person is a must!
It boasts a fantastic combination with coffee or latte that could be a bit heavy.
I can confidently recommend it as a signature menu item for those looking for a dessert 맛집 (delicious spot) among Insadong cafes.
