Peanut Kids Room: A Perfect Kids Cafe in Mapo, Seoul

Peanut Kids Room
A Great Place for Group Reservations in Mapo, Seoul
Recently, I visited the new Peanut Kids Room with my parenting friends, located near Gongdeok and Daehyeong on the Gyeongui Line Forest Trail.
This building was familiar to me as I used to come here for meals during my newlywed days! There is parking available for about two cars, and you can refer to the images below for detailed parking information.
The entrance is located at the back since the front connects to a park. It can be a bit cumbersome to bring a stroller through the park, but you can easily walk around to the back, and if your baby can walk, they can enter directly from the forest path!
To access the elevator, you need to go up the stairs at the back, but there is an elevator nearby if you follow the signs, so keep that in mind!
Check-in is at the hour, and check-out is three minutes before the next hour. The previous group left at 59 minutes past the hour, so we just waited outside until it was our turn!
You can dispose of trash at the front, so please make sure to check the parking information.
Since the alley is narrow and we had a voucher, we took a Seoul Mom and Dad taxi, which was convenient!
Located on the fourth floor, the entrance is through a door after exiting the elevator, leading to an outdoor staircase area.
You can also dispose of recyclables and food waste right at the entrance!
We were the first to arrive and enjoyed a brief moment in the Peanut Kids Room, which felt like a turtle world!
The cafe is decorated with various play zones, including a car zone for boys and a kitchen play zone for girls.
The sunlight streaming in made it feel cozy!
There is also a diaper-changing station for babies and a bathroom with a window, which was a bit chilly but still very convenient.
On that day, my baby and another baby both needed a diaper change, making it easy to clean up.
The sink even has a bidet, which was very convenient!
It would be good to familiarize yourself with the usage rules and trash disposal methods posted at the entrance.
As soon as we entered, my son went straight for the toy cars with one in each hand!
The trampoline was sturdy and spacious, but be cautious as there are gaps where little feet could get stuck.
The cafe offers a variety of toys, including kitchen play, market play, and a vanity + princess play area, ensuring everyone had fun without getting bored.
It was quite amusing to see one of the kids pretending to use a hair straightener while looking in the mirror!
Despite some comments about the Brio train set being a bit worn for a newly opened place, it was still sufficient, and there was a Tayo parking tower!
I would love to have one at home, but it was larger than I expected, so I hesitated. It would be great to see how my baby plays with it before purchasing!
The little ones enjoyed their snacks and dinner, while the moms ordered food, making the most of our three hours there!
I couldn't take detailed photos, but there were baby juices and snacks for sale in the fridge, which was a nice touch.
My little turtle kept asking for the fruit juice, making it hard to divert his attention!
The indoor heater worked well, and with the lovely sunlight, even with the curtains drawn, it stayed bright and warm, making it great to play in our indoor clothes!
Since it hasn't been open long, Peanut Kids Room is clean and spacious, making it a great place for groups to visit! I highly recommend it as a kids' cafe for group reservations near Gongdeok, Seoul.
