Gelateria Ginko: A Taste of Italy with Namsan Views!

Hello, everyone! It's Rayjin here~!
Today, I visited Gelateria Ginko, a delicious gelato shop known for its chewy and sweet flavors.
I suddenly craved gelato and quickly searched for a place. I'm so glad I found this spot because it had a great Namsan view and delicious gelato!
Let's start the review!
Let's go!

I had some errands to run near Hoehyeon Station, and it was quite hot, so I was thinking of grabbing a drink before heading home. But then, it suddenly hit me - G.E.L.A.T.O!
I don't know this neighborhood very well, so I frantically searched on the map. And then... I found an authentic, handmade gelato shop!
Immediately, I headed over!
Even from the outside, the shop had an Italian vibe. I love the attention to detail in the signage.
I heard the owner is a chef from an Italian culinary school, so it seems he decorated the place beautifully, knowing the local style.
Inside the store:
The first floor is where you order and receive your gelato.
The second floor has seating where you can sit and enjoy your gelato.
First, I checked out today's gelato lineup on the first floor.
Then, I placed my order.
Unfortunately, pistachio wasn't on today's lineup... Tears!
Pistachio is an extra ₩1000.
I heard it's been popular lately and the ingredients are hard to come by.
I will definitely try the pistachio next time!
I usually have a go-to flavor combination for gelato.
I usually pick two flavors:
Pistachio/Raspberry or Mixed Berry.
That's my favorite combination. Sometimes, I get rice gelato (Riso)...
Since they didn't have pistachio today, they recommended the hazelnut flavor (Nocciola) instead.
I wasn't sure about the flavor, so they let me have a sample spoon! I'm so grateful!
(The staff was so friendly and cute...)
Today's menu was Mixed Berry + Hazelnut.
Additionally, you can choose one free sample flavor, and I chose Raspberry Cream Cheese.
Going up to the second floor.
There's a long table by the window
And about three 2-seater tables by the wall!
Enjoying a bite of gelato while looking at the sky. There were also cute mini cone crackers.
So I made mini gelato cones!
The hazelnut had a nutty aroma and a very savory taste.
However, it was a bit rich, so I think it would have been too much to eat alone.
The mixed berry was exactly what I expected!
Sweet and refreshing - it's the taste of summer!
I love granita and similar flavors, so I really enjoyed it.
I highly recommend the combination of fruity and creamy flavors!
You can also see a little bit of the Namsan Tower,
And see the cable car going back and forth.
I enjoyed watching people passing by,
And had a peaceful time for the first time in a while.
