Busandang: A Busan Bakery Worth Visiting
부산광역시 동구 중앙대로209번길 11
Busandang

I spotted Busandang, a bakery on the first floor of the building when I went to Jeongjitgan last time, and I was curious about it, thinking the bread might be delicious, so I decided to visit.
It's in the same building as Jeongjitgan Gukbap restaurant, and the building's exterior tone is pleasant and easy on the eyes.
I'm not sure if you can park your car briefly on the side of the building.
They were promoting their bestseller, the Jagalchi Squid Ink Pie, and gift boxes.

They let you know the bread baking times.
Here's a view of the interior from the entrance.

Inside, they also provide information about Busan travel courses. The bakery introduces itself as Busandang, continuing the tradition of the old Baekjo Bakery.

The first thing that caught my eye was the Dwaeji Gukbap (pork rice soup) Croquette. I've never seen bread like this before; I wonder what it tastes like...

The croquettes looked appetizing and caught my attention.

Best 2: Cheongyang Pepper Croquette. It looked delicious, so I chose one.

The entrance as seen from the inside. At first, I thought all the bread was sold out when I saw that entrance.
I guess that area is just kept empty for now.

I visited right after dinner, so I just looked around today and bought only two kinds of bread.
I came home and tasted the bread I bought. The Cheongyang Pepper Croquette wasn't as spicy as I thought; it was only slightly spicy.

Chocolate Morning Bread was good with coffee. It's not too sweet.
Busandang offers discounts for set purchases and has created boxes for gift-giving, transforming them into gift sets!
This bakery is a great place for travelers visiting Busan.
