A Visit to Caelium Cafe: Exploring Dubai's Unique Dessert

I had a couple of hours to spare because my child had a taekwondo trial class. I decided to check out a dessert I had never tried before: the Dubai Chewy Ball at Caelium Cafe.
This was my third visit to the cafe, and the dessert presentation was as beautiful and refreshing as ever.
While browsing the desserts, I finally got to meet the Dubai Chewy Ball!
It costs 6,700 won, and there's a limit of four per person.
I've seen many Dubai desserts, but I think this place has the most visually appealing one.
I bought two Dubai Chewy Balls and ordered a Jeju Matcha Latte along with an Americano for pickup.
While settling down, I had a little accident. Thankfully, nothing spilled, but the matcha latte was quite large!
Finally, it was time for the second Dubai dessert at the cafe!
Taking a bite, I noticed the powder was lightly sprinkled, and the marshmallow layer was thin (which I personally liked).
The kadayif was generously filled, and the pistachio cream was subtly present.
It had a strong crunch and was less sweet than expected, making it perfect for those who don’t like overly sweet desserts!
I ate one at the cafe and saved the other for my son. I warmed it up in the microwave for about 5 to 10 seconds.
After three bites, he was done. My husband and I found the chewy ball delicious because it wasn’t overly sweet.
Here are some photos from the visit:
