A Sweet Escape to Kokoro Kara: Puddings, Charm, and More in Hongdae!

Today, I finally visited Kokoro Kara, a dessert spot I've only seen on YouTube! I've heard so much about their delicious desserts, so I went with high expectations.
Location & Information
✅ Location: I visited the main branch today! It's about a 10-minute walk from Hongik University Station. They also have locations in Hyundai Seoul B1, Yongsan I'Park Mall, and Incheon, so keep that in mind!
✅ Hours: Daily 11:30 AM - 9:00 PM
✅ Parking: Not Available ❌
Charming Interior
Actually, what captivated me even more than the desserts was the cute and charming interior! ♥️♥️
On a nice day like today, it would be perfect to enjoy a tea time on the terrace.
Inside
The interior was as nicely decorated as the exterior! They also sell merchandise!!! The quality was surprisingly good for items sold at a cafe.
By the way, Kokoro Kara has a larger second floor! (I realized this when I was leaving...)
Menu
These are their most famous puddings. It's like a bread pudding with a bread base and cream on top!
The price is around ₩7,000~₩8,000!
They also have madeleines and tigres. I wanted to try the Dubai Tigre, but they said it's temporarily unavailable due to supply issues. So sad,,
Review
I ordered the Banana Oreo Pudding & Pecan Madeleine, along with an Iced Americano & Strawberry Latte!
The coffee had a slightly acidic taste, and the Strawberry Latte was pretty standard.
But the best thing was definitely the Banana Oreo Pudding! ♥️
The bits of Oreo and banana that you bite into were delicious. And it wasn't even too sweet! I'd definitely order this again. The Pecan Madeleine had a nice texture, but it was too sweet for me.
100% would visit again!
If you're looking for a great dessert place near Yeonnam-dong or Hongik University Station, I sincerely recommend Kokoro Kara!
