Hello everyone! It's Yuttosi here! πŸ‘‹

This summer, I want to introduce a swimming pool that I visited with my baby. It's both affordable and has great facilities!

It's Yanghwa Hangang Swimming Pool!

This pool was so good, it put my baby down for a 4-hour nap, so I just had to write a review! πŸ˜‚

Sunbeds are available for rent at β‚©10,000 each.

The entrance fee is β‚©3,000 for adults.

Admission is free for children under 6 years old (proof of age required).

We were three adults, so we paid β‚©9,000 to enter!

You can find a spot under the parasols.

When I visited, there was no sun, so the parasols weren't really necessary. πŸ˜†

The changing room at Yanghwa Hangang Swimming Pool has a really strong air conditioner, so it was freezing when I went in wet! πŸ˜‚

(I quickly dried off and changed clothes. I showered at home.)

Hangang swimming pools have strict rules about bringing outside food.

We intentionally ate before coming, but they seemed to sell simple ramen, snacks, and hot dogs!

On a sunny day, I think the parasol and sunbed spots would be sold out quickly (first-come, first-served).

There are 45-minute swim sessions followed by 15-minute breaks.

Lunch break is from 12 PM to 1 PM.

I loved that it was so organized!

They don't really check your food when you enter, but the staff walk around during break times and lunch break, and if they find prohibited food, you'll be asked to leave.

It was my baby's first time at a large swimming pool, and they were so excited!

Beautiful Scenery

Dad and baby went in at first, but they said baby needed to wear a swim cap.

During the swim, baby kept trying to lie down as if sleepy, so we played hard for 45 minutes and then went home. They took a 4-hour nap afterwards, so I was able to relax for the first time in a while! πŸ˜‚

Amazing View

On our trip to Seoul, my baby napped so well, so I realized that swimming is a must!

Because it's budget-friendly, I recommend arriving at the opening time to secure a spot.

Play hard until the 12 PM break, then eat lunch and go home. It's a great routine for kids!

Hopeful Tomorrow

Real Korea, Curated for Global Travelers

WassupKorea is a next-generation platform designed for foreigners who want to truly experience Korea β€” not just as tourists, but as locals. While countless Koreans have shared their daily lives, food experiences, and cultural tips through blogs, videos, and social media, much of this valuable content remains locked behind language barriers. WassupKorea solves this by collecting and curating high-quality local content and making it accessible to global audiences through real-time AI-powered translation. Instead of superficial recommendations, users gain access to authentic, first-hand stories β€” from hidden street food spots to weekend mountain hikes β€” written by Koreans for Koreans, now reinterpreted for the world.

AI-Powered Personalization, Translation, and Voice Interaction

What sets WassupKorea apart is its deep integration of artificial intelligence at the core of the platform. AI matches users with personalized content based on their language, nationality, and travel interests. Whether you're looking for vegan Korean food in Jeonju or part-time job tips in Seoul, the platform's smart engine brings the most relevant, timely posts to the forefront. Every piece of content β€” blog summaries, local guides, user comments β€” is instantly translated using advanced AI translators. Users can also listen to posts via natural-sounding voice AI in their own language. Real-time voice translation in community chats allows for live conversations between users from different countries. With voice synthesis, AI can even "learn" your voice preferences to create a more natural and immersive experience.

A Living Community Driven by Local Content and Global Connection

WassupKorea is more than just an information portal β€” it’s an AI-driven community hub that grows smarter as users interact. Travelers and residents alike can share their own content via links from TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube, or directly post on the platform. AI categorizes the content, suggests similar posts, and connects users with shared interests. Foreigners living in Korea can also access essential resources like visa tips, rental guides, job listings, and lifestyle hacks. As more content is generated and more interactions occur, the AI refines its recommendations β€” creating a dynamic feedback loop that benefits every user. WassupKorea bridges the gap between Korea’s deep local knowledge and the global audience eager to explore it, forming a smart, multilingual, and inclusive platform for everyone curious about life in Korea.
