Reflections on 2025: A Year of Growth and Memories

Hello! Today, I will be writing a post to celebrate the year 2026 while reflecting on the past 25 years.
As I look back on the past year, I find it quite remarkable.
Starting from January, let's go!
One key theme from the past 25 years is exercise.
As someone who has often struggled to stick to a workout routine, I made an effort to stay active.
I registered at a gym, ran diligently, and even tried some strength training. I discovered that running is the exercise that suits me best.
When I face stressful situations, while drinking can be enjoyable, nothing beats running and sweating it out to relieve stress!
My goal for the new year in 2025 was to make exercise a habit, and I think I've achieved about 80% of that.
Unfortunately, I'm currently taking a break due to moving, but once I settle in, I plan to get back to it.
The arrival of the new year also means my birthday!
I want to express my gratitude to a special person who surprised me with a delightful homemade cake.
They creatively made a cat and my favorite dish, which I fondly remember enjoying.
In February, I celebrated a belated birthday by going glamping in Yangpyeong, Gyeonggi Province.
In March, I took a pottery-making class to have a unique experience.
In April, I traveled to Japan with my brother, filled with excitement.
As soon as we arrived, I indulged in delicious dumplings from 551 Horai.
After dropping off our luggage at the accommodation, we quickly ventured out to explore the city!
In May, I welcomed a new addition to my family, a lovely little dumpling named O-Gong.
After a week of leaving my first dumpling at home for my trip, I thought it would be nice for them to have a companion.
In June, I was busy with my little ones.
In July, I attended a festival featuring various indie bands, which was a blast!
In August, I celebrated friends' birthdays and attended the Pentaport 25th Anniversary Festival, where I was moved by the performance of Jaurim.
In September, I gave a special gift to my beloved grandmother, a cat named Jorim, to keep her company.
In October, I watched an FC Seoul match, filled with excitement as they made a stunning comeback.
In November, I was busy looking for a new place to live.
Finally, in December, I enjoyed a night out with my brother, drinking soju and savoring delicious food.
Reflecting on 2025, I realize it was filled with memorable experiences, from exercise to festivals and travels.
I am grateful for the people who have been by my side through it all, and I hope to capture and cherish more precious moments in the future.
Here's to a happy 2026!
